The Yorkshire Standard

The Yorkshire Standard was born from a life that refused shortcuts.
Its founder, Scott, didn’t come through the traditional system.
Motherless young. Diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes at nine years old. Excluded from school. Later surviving a stroke, major heart surgery, and extensive eye surgery to save his sight.
The easy route was never on offer, so resilience became the only option.
But this brand was never about adversity for the sake of a story.
It’s about what adversity teaches you if you stay standing.
When your body is tested, you learn discipline.
When systems fail you, you learn independence.
When survival is constant, you learn the value of things done properly.
That mindset is Yorkshire to its core.
The Yorkshire Standard was created.
To stand for craftsmanship over convenience.
